The gîte is on two levels, with independent access to the south from the balcony. The integrated kitchen opens onto the dining and living areas. Fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, induction hob and all other necessary appliances. 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds (140 x 190 cm), bathroom, separate WC. Sheets and towels for hire, optional cleaning service at end of stay. Baby equipment available. Low-temperature electric underfloor heating on the first level, supplemented by electric radiators. Numerous outdoor activities available from the gîte: hiking, mountain biking, via ferrata, lake 9 km away and, in winter, access to downhill ski slopes 250 m away and Nordic ski slopes from the house. The private grounds are equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking. Equipment room available. Possibility of accommodating up to 4 additional guests (2 extra bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and WCs), to be discussed with the owner.
