In a charming detached chalet overlooking the Champsaur valley, 100 m from the ski slopes and hiking trails, semi-detached gîte with private terrace and grounds. The Holiday cottage is laid out on 2 levels, each with a large living room on the first floor with kitchen area, dining area and sitting area (possibility of sleeping 2 in a sofa bed). Each living area has direct access to the terrace. All kitchens are fully equipped (dishwasher, freezer, microwave oven, etc.). Separate shower room and WC on first floor. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 single bunk beds and 1 double bed) (high bedding not suitable for Kids under 6), each with access to a balcony. 2 additional single beds in the mezzanine area. Upstairs shower room-WC. Electric heating. Internet connection. Ski room. Bed linen and towels provided. Possibility of renting towels or cleaning service at end of stay. The terrace features garden furniture and a barbecue. Ski storage is available in the gîte. The Holiday cottage is adjoined by another accommodation, each rental is independent and has its own private access and outdoor space. Bicycle storage.
