In summer, ideal for Hiking and other Mountain activities (climbing, via ferrata, mountaineering, mountain biking, canyoning and white-water activities). In winter, groomed toboggan run opposite (50m away). From the Chalet, access to 42 km of cross-country trails. Departure point for ski and snowshoe Hiking. Close to the Serre Chevalier Alpine skiing area. The owner, a mountain guide, can advise and accompany you. Arranged over 3 levels, it features a separate entrance, a very large 50 m² living room with integrated kitchen opening onto a dining and lounge area, a playroom for the Kids, and a private sauna. 5 bedrooms (2 x 2-person 160cm beds and 6 x 1-person beds), including 2 bedrooms with private shower or shower room or toilet. 2 separate toilets and shared shower room on the first floor. TV, Internet access. Underfloor heating. Detached garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Dishwasher, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer... Bed linen provided. Cleaning service available. Private parking. You also have free access to the 100m2 relaxation area for 2 private sessions of 1h30 per week. This area includes a 6-seater Jacuzzi, a Hammam and a frigidarium.
