The "Chalet bon accueil" is located on the garden level of the owners' home. All on one level, but with access via an outside staircase, it has its own entrance. The accommodation comprises a cosy living room with sitting area, fitted kitchen and dining area; a double bedroom and a shower room/WC. Enjoy a moment of peace and quiet from the terrace and garden, with views over the surrounding mountains. Geothermal heating with heat pump. Private parking in front of the gîte. Equipment room available on request. Numerous possibilities for outdoor activities on site or nearby: hiking (the Via Guisane trail is 150m away on foot or by bike), mountain biking, downhill skiing at Prorel (1 km) and Serre-Chevalier (2 km) (shuttles near the gîte), cross-country skiing from Vallée de La Clarée (La Vachette 6 km) and Villeneuve (10 km), swimming at the Chantemerle (3 km) and Villeneuve (7 km) biotopes, the Grands Bains du Monêtier just 12 km away, not forgetting Italy 20 minutes away.
