Chalet Beaux Pins" is located on the garden level of the owners' house. Independent access is possible from the upper part of the chalet via two outside staircases, or from the road below to the private outdoor space. The apartment, decorated with care and very well equipped, comprises a spacious living room with integrated kitchen, dining area and relaxation area with TV and DVD player; 2 bedrooms (one 160*200cm bed and 2 twin 90*200cm beds) each with its own private shower room; independent, private WC. South-facing private terrace and grassed areas with magnificent views over the Briançonnais region and the peaks and slopes of Serre-Chevalier. 2 sheltered, private parking spaces available. Possibility of equipment room on request. Underfloor heating via heat pump with thermostat in gîte. Ideally located with easy access to the ski slopes of Serre-Chevalier and Montgenèvre, as well as to the old town of Briançon with all its shops 2kms away (Unesco World Heritage site). You'll be able to enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities from the gîte or nearby: hiking trails, mountain biking, discovering the flora and fauna, etc.
