In a pleasant Queyrassin-style residence located in the heart of the Arvieux valley and at the foot of the village resort's slopes, a pleasantly appointed ground-floor gite with private south-facing terrace. The living room features a large bay window, a sitting area with TV and sleeping facilities for 2 (160 x 200 cm bed), an open kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave oven, small electrical appliances, etc.). A separate bedroom is equipped with 2 twin 80 cm beds. Bathroom, separate WC. Electric heating (the gite is very well insulated). The gîte is located 100 m from the ski slopes of the small family resort of Arvieux. In summer, there are many opportunities for hiking in the Queyras Regional Nature Park, as well as mountain biking and cycling routes (Col de l'Izoard, etc.). Services: bed linen and towels for hire (pack at €15 per person), cleaning service available at the end of your stay for a fee. We do not accept cats.
