Situated on the garden level beneath the owners' house, it benefits from a totally independent entrance, guaranteeing peace and privacy. The accommodation comprises a pleasant living room with lounge and dining area, ideal for sharing good times with family or friends. The independent, fully-equipped kitchen lets you prepare your own meals. At night, the Holiday cottage has three comfortable bedrooms for up to 6 people, with two double beds (140x200 cm) and two single beds (90x190 cm). Outside, a garden is available for guests, with garden furniture for enjoying the fresh air and sunny days. Private parking spaces are available right next to the Holiday cottage for added convenience. Heating not included from October to April. You'll appreciate the Holiday cottage's ideal location, right next to the Base de loisirs d'Ancelle and a local goat farm, perfect for a convivial family outing. The owners wish to preserve the tranquility of the area, so parties and festive gatherings are not permitted. Ancelle offers a wide range of activities all year round. In summer, you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, forest walks and tree climbing, as well as water sports and swimming at the Base de loisirs.
