The three-storey "Au Beauregard" gîte is located in a detached semi-detached house with its own entrance. First floor: living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge opening onto a south-east-facing balcony with unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains. 1st floor: double bedroom and shower room/WC. 2nd floor mezzanine: bedroom with two single beds. Electric heating and pellet stove in the living room (electricity not included and billed above 8kWh per day, and for the stove: first outbreak free of charge). Private parking 100m from the gîte. Possibility of equipment room on request to store all your sports and other equipment. Close to Guillestre, with its shops and services less than 10 km away. Close to nature, ideal for outdoor activities in summer and winter. Close to the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, and at the gateway to the Queyras region. Enjoy skiing, hiking, mountain biking, climbing and fishing in the surrounding rivers and lakes. Less than 3 kms away: St Crépin airfield, municipal swimming pool open in summer and departure point for white-water sports (rafting). Less than 6 km away, the Eygliers lake offers a multitude of activities. The lake at La Roche-de-Rame, with its inflatable structures and restaurant, will also delight the whole family. The area also abounds in cultural and heritage sites: the Mont-Dauphin fort 15 minutes away, the petrifying fountain, Château Queyras, etc.
