Large, nicely appointed gîte on the first floor of the owners' house, with two large terraces and a private garden area. Located on the outskirts of the small town of L'Argentière-la-Bessée, the gîte offers easy access to shops, services and leisure facilities (cinema, swimming pool, museum...). The gîte has 2 large bedrooms and a third, slightly smaller, windowless room/alcove (3 double beds). The living room has a built-in kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with direct access to the terrace and garden. TV, Wifi connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, freezer, microwave, etc. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, and there is a separate toilet. Underfloor heating. Bed linen is provided and baby equipment is available. Numerous outdoor activities are available from the gîte, including hiking, mountain biking, via ferrata, cycling and, in winter, access to the Puy-St-Vincent ski resort 15 km away. The terraces are equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, and a large garden area is available to guests. Possibility of additional sleeping for 2 (alcove).
