Logement spacieux mais à entretenir

Grand appartement avec de grandes pièces, très appréciable avec des enfants. Propriétaire sur place donc présent en cas de souci.
Mais fauteuils anciens et inconfortables, en mauvais état. Certains endroits sont sales (poussière++ sous les canapés, hotte inutilisable car trop grasse et sale, bouilloire qu'il a fallu détartrer avant de l'utiliser).
