Located in Chorges, this detached house on three levels offers a pleasant setting for a stay with family or friends, between Lake and Mountain. Spacious and functional, it features a bright living room with a comfortable sitting area, as well as a fully-equipped open kitchen for sharing meals in a convivial atmosphere.
The house has four bedrooms, an alcove and three shower rooms (one of which is private) plus a bathroom, spread over the different floors, to offer everyone space and privacy. The living room opens onto a terrace, ideal for outdoor dining or simply relaxing. Two of the bedrooms on the lower level open onto a second, more sheltered terrace, also offering a pleasant space in which to relax. New for 2026: a swimming pool (1.40m deep, heated and open from June to September, weather permitting). Pets allowed.
From the house, you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Serre-Ponçon, while being close to the shops and the many outdoor activities on offer in the region: Swimming, Hiking, Water sports or Mountain escapades. This accommodation is a comfortable base from which to explore the varied and soothing landscapes of the Hautes-Alpes.
