Situated in one of the largest massifs in the Alps, in an area that combines a diversity of cultural and natural heritages, such as the mythical village of Prapic, not to be missed, or the many hiking trails to be discovered, as well as the proximity of various ski resorts. Just a few dozen meters from the gîte, you'll find a charming ski area in the small mountain village of Serre-Eyraud, overlooking the Champsaur valley. The gîte is housed in a renovated traditional house on the second floor. Access to the living room is via a south-facing balcony with views of the mountains and ski slopes. The living room features a comfortable relaxation area, an integrated kitchen and a dining area. Two bedrooms with 2 single beds and a double bed. Shower room and toilet. The gîte is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, microwave oven and TV. Baby equipment (bed and chair) is available. Electric heating. Ski storage. Cleaning service available at end of stay. Public parking lot.

Alexandrine Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Serre Eyraud dans ce gîte tout confort idéalement situé pour profiter du calme environnent au pied des pistes.
Le couple qui accueille sont adorables et prévenants. Nous avons eu un temps incroyable avec un enneigement exceptionnel. La location est propre, fonctionnelle, bien exposée pour profiter du soleil et de la vue sur les montagnes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons cette location.

Petite famille We neige
Un très bon séjour, un we prolongé
Très reposant en plein nature, au calme, avec de la de bonne neige poudreuse autour du gîte.Une station avec une école de ski à 15 min pour nos enfants.
Un logement chaleureux, très bien équipé
La propriétaire nous a appelé pour des conseils ( chaînes, commerces, stations).Je recommande ++++
