Located in La Bâtie-Vieille, between the Gapençais region and Lake Serre-Ponçon, this farm holiday cottage welcomes you to a peaceful setting in the heart of a typical Hautes-Alpes hamlet. Backing onto the owners' house, but with its own entrance, it offers an authentic and rejuvenating setting, ideal for vacations with family or friends.

Entrance to the Holiday cottage is on the second floor. You'll find a cosy living room with a dining area and a sitting area equipped with TV and DVD player. The fully-equipped self-contained kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, freezer compartment) ensures optimum comfort throughout your stay.

Three comfortable bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds can accommodate up to six people. A large bathroom with double basins and a separate toilet complete the layout. Central heating ensures pleasant comfort in all seasons. Bed linen can be rented on request, baby equipment is available and wifi connection is included.

Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant south-east-facing terrace-veranda, a balcony and a private plot with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for enjoying sunny days overlooking the Alpine landscape.

Thanks to its privileged location between Gap and Lake Serre-Ponçon, the Holiday cottage is an ideal base from which to discover the region's wealth of natural and tourist attractions. From the hamlet, you have direct access to hiking and mountain bike trails. Just a few minutes away, Lake Serre-Ponçon offers swimming, water sports, beaches and exceptional views. Mountain lovers can also take advantage of the many Hiking trails, paragliding, Gap's Provencal markets and the ski resorts open in winter.
