Located in La Bâtie-Vieille, between the Gapençais region and Lake Serre-Ponçon, this farmhouse Holiday cottage welcomes you to a peaceful hamlet, within a house that includes another dwelling. It has its own entrance and private grounds, offering a simple, authentic setting for a vacation close to nature.
Entrance to the Holiday cottage is on the second floor. You'll find a living room with kitchenette, a space for sharing meals after a day in the great outdoors, as well as a TV and washing machine. The accommodation comprises three bedrooms sleeping up to seven people, with two double beds and three single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends.
The accommodation has no heating (except for the fan heater in the bathroom), making it particularly suitable for stays in fine weather, when the Alpine climate lends itself fully to outdoor activities.
Outside, you'll enjoy a private plot with garden furniture. A communal barbecue is available for convivial meals, and a swing allows younger guests to enjoy themselves in complete peace and quiet.
Thanks to its privileged location between Gap and Lake Serre-Ponçon, the Holiday cottage is an excellent base for discovering the natural riches of the Hautes-Alpes. From the hamlet, you have direct access to hiking and mountain bike trails. Just a few kilometers away, Lake Serre-Ponçon offers beaches, swimming and water sports, while Gap offers markets, shops and entertainment. Mountain lovers can also explore the many trails, go paragliding or enjoy the region's breathtaking scenery.
