In a cul-de-sac in a quiet part of Cabannes, the Holiday cottage Zénitude is a totally independent house with alarm-protected private swimming pool (8x4, 1.40 m deep, open from April to September), private enclosed garden, two terraces, one of which faces south. A cycle path is nearby.

On one level (3 steps at entrance), the Holiday cottage comprises :
- a large, bright living room with comfortable lounge (large corner sofa bed with chaise longue - possibility of 2 extra beds on request), large flat-screen TV and armchair. 2 dining areas and bar stools. Open-plan kitchen with American fridge (water and ice dispenser), 3-burner induction hob, microwave, oven, food processor and dishwasher.
- 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 160x200cm, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm.
- Bathroom with double washbasin, storage shelves and 125x95cm shower. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

2 terraces: a north-facing terrace at the entrance to the Holiday cottage and a south-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Private garden of approx. 700 m² around the house. Secure private Piscine (alarm). Enclosed private garage (door 2.5 m wide and 2 m high). Private bowling green.
Air-conditioned villa.

Sheets and towels included. Possibility of renting bath sheets: 6€/person. Housekeeping included. Underfloor heating (included).
New for 2025: solar shower. It has a 33-liter hot-water tank, a mixer tap to adjust the water temperature and a foot-rinse faucet.
