In the heart of the Countryside, the Viveloupau estate offers 2 independent Holiday cottages for an excellent stay, just a few km from the Var and 20km from the Sea.

The Holiday cottage La Villa is a beautiful character house for 10 to 13 people, with a large garden, swimming pool, children's play area, ping-pong table and boules pitch.

On the first floor, the Holiday cottage comprises:
- Large 70 m² day room with kitchen equipped with 5-burner gas hob, hood, American fridge/freezer with purified water dispenser and ice cubes, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink with hand shower, Nespresso coffee maker, Thermomix and small Smeg appliances. Large dining area for 14 people. Living room with 2 comfortable sofas (1 convertible), armchair, large flat-screen smart TV ambilight connected, corner fireplace (wood supplied).
- Bathroom with large walk-in shower with multi-jet column, double washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.

1st floor:
- 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160x200cm), 2 of which have French windows leading onto the large adjoining covered terrace.
- 1 Kids room comprising 2 small bedrooms, one with 5 single beds 90x190cm including 2x2 bunk beds, and the other serving as a gaming room, also leading onto the terrace. This room has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin.
- 1 bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin, storage space and heated towel rail.
- Separate WC.

Private Piscine 8.5 x 4m, 1.4m deep, open from June to September, protected by a shelter, with 1 small beach 1.5m wide. Garden 2000 m², large terraces and garden furniture, plancha.

All-inclusive: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and heating.
