In the heart of the countryside, the Viveloupau estate offers 2 self-catering cottages for an excellent stay, just a few kilometers from the Var and 20km from the sea.
The gîte La Pitchoune is a small detached house fully renovated in 2020, accommodating 2 to 4 people, with private pool and garden.
On one level, the gîte comprises :
- Living room with fully-equipped kitchen with 3-burner induction hob, hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Dining area for 4 people. Lounge area with comfortable sofa bed (possibility of 2 extra beds), and large 120cm flat-screen TV. Reversible air-conditioning (included).
- Bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
- Bathroom with large walk-in shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and cabinet with private washing machine.
- Separate WC.
Private swimming pool, 4.2m x 3.2m, 1.2m deep, open from June to September, protected by bar cover. Children's play area. 400 m² garden with terrace and garden furniture, barbecue.
Stay with peace of mind in this all-inclusive gîte: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and reversible air conditioning.
Parking on gated property. Electric vehicle charging station. Wifi internet access.
The OK Corral amusement park is also nearby.
Events, parties...not permitted. For insurance, security and infrastructure reasons, accommodation is reserved for tenants only.

Ptibouts Soleil, piscine et farniente
Ce gîte nous avait tellement plu l'an passé que nous y sommes retournés cette année.
Bien que ce ne soit pas dans nos habitudes, il y a de fortes chances que nous y retournons l'an prochain.
En effet, en plus des atouts du gîte lui-même, nous pouvons rayonner sur Bandol, Cassis, La Ciotat, Marseille. Mais aussi sur les jolis villages provençaux de l'arrière pays.

Nous tenons à partager notre expérience exceptionnelle à La Viveloupau La Pitchoune à Cuges-les-Pins.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire chaleureux et la gentillesse d'Eve.
Les propriétaires Eve et Virginie sont vraiment adorables, toujours disponibles pour nous aider sans jamais être intrusives, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.
Leur bonne humeur et leur accueil sincère ont créé une atmosphère conviviale et relaxante.
Nous avons été conquis par la beauté de cet endroit de rêve, mais malheureusement, notre séjour a été trop court !
Nous espérons revenir très vite pour profiter à nouveau de cette escapade magique. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent un lieu paisible, accueillant et plein de charme. MERCI les filles ;-)- Cleanliness

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréable !
Le gîte est calme, propre, très bien situé. A proximité (environ 30mn) du bord de mer et des villes de bord de mer (Cassis, Sanary, bandol, etc...) et 10mn d'Aubagne ! Sinon il y a tout ce qu'il faut à Cuges.
Les randonnées sont nombreuses et le panorama est splendide !
Les propriétaires sont accueillantes, à l'écoute, disponibles et de bons conseils.
