6 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140x190cm), 3 bedrooms with 2 twin single beds (80x190cm) and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200cm). This last bedroom opens onto a terrace/courtyard with garden furniture, it also has a TV and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and double basin.
Another independent shower room with multi-jet shower and double basin. A totally independent WC, another closed WC accessible from the last bedroom with bathroom. Washing machine in kitchen, dryer in laundry room.

Private enclosed Piscine area with 8x4m pool, secured by alarm, terrace with 2 barbecues (one charcoal and one gas) and garden furniture, private parking on the gated property.
