-Separate kitchen with 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer, washing machine and iron. Scullery with numerous kitchen utensils.
Relaxation room with flat-screen TV, DVD player, table, sofa, gaming room and working fireplace.
-1st large bedroom (20 m²) with a double bed (140x190cm) and 2 single beds (90x190cm).
-2nd bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm.

Sheets can be rented on request. Bathroom linen included. Pets allowed: not on the beds and droppings collected. Baby equipment available free of charge on request: Umbrella bed with mattress, high chair, bathtub, changing mat and table, bottle warmer.

A fully-equipped furnished apartment for 4 people (not certified) located on the first floor can be rented in addition, at a cost of €350 per week for 4 people (1 bed 140x190cm and 2 beds 90x190cm plus €60 cleaning charge - optional: sheets for hire on request €10 per bed.
