Villa Margot is a cottage located on the ground floor of the owners' villa, spacious and comfortable, with 2 private verandas and gym, outdoor space, access to the swimming pool and the possibility of renting an additional studio.

Ideally located near the Old Port of La Ciotat and the Beach, Villa Margot is 1 artist's villa where Chantal, a colorist painter, will welcome you.

The single-storey Holiday cottage for 4 people comprises :
- Living room with dining area, 2 corner sofas and 106cm flat-screen connected TV
- Independent kitchen (4-burner ceramic hob, hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven/microwave combo and small dining area)
- 1st yellow bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm, dressing cupboards, safe, desk and chair)
- 2nd blue bedroom (2 Bunk beds 90x190cm, wardrobe, desk and safe)
- Bathroom (bath, shower, double washbasin and mirror)
- Small storeroom (household utensils and washing machine)
- Separate toilet (hand-washer)
- 2 verandas: "green" with bar, Nescafé pod coffee maker, 4 high stools, Moroccan lounge, small dining area for 2, amphora. Zen with bookcase, chest, lounge chair and pouffe

1 independent studio for 2 pers is also rented in addition to the Holiday cottage (suppl. of 400€/week june and september, 500€/week july and august, extra cleaning 40€). The studio overlooks the Piscine and comprises 1 fully-equipped kitchen, 1 dining area, 1 sofa, 1 mezzanine bed for 2, bathroom with multi-jet Italian shower, WC and veranda.

Sports hall with fully-equipped gym, walk-in shower and washbasin, sauna, stereo system and heated towel rail
Private 15 m² terrace with garden furniture and gas barbecue/plancha, private outdoor space of approx. 100 m², shaded and not overlooked
Private Piscine 8x4m, 1.7m deep, protected by barrier + roller shutter. 1 daily cleaning by the owners in the morning.

Bed linen, towels and Heating included. End-of-stay cleaning included. Parking on enclosed property, wifi. 6-hectare fitness trail and Kids playground opposite, 5-minute walk to the Beach in 10 minutes.

This Holiday cottage is not suitable for parties, as it is too close to the neighborhood.
