Villa La Licorne

Located between Cassis, Marseille, and Aix-en-Provence, the holiday cottage is situated in the village of Belcodène (in the Countryside) yet close to the beaches, and is part of the Pays d'Aubagne et de l'Etoile region.
Belcodène is situated at an elevation of between 300 and 425 meters, surrounded by mountains covered with pine and oak forests. It features tasteful decor and high-end amenities.
The property spans 3,000 m². The Gîte de la Villa la Licorne offers charm and comfort in a natural setting of absolute tranquility.

One wing of Villa la Licorne, measuring 100 m², is exclusively dedicated to our guests. Located at the rear of our property, it features a private terrace and outdoor area with garden furniture, offering complete privacy and a private hot tub.
1 PRIVATE PISCINE (12x5m, depth 1.50m), accessible from April 1 through October 31, secured by an alarm.

A few steps lead up to the holiday cottage’s terrace: beautiful living/dining area, dining space, and fireplace with insert. Fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms feature a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and underfloor heating (included):
1- Bali Bedroom: double bed (140x200), 16 m², semi-open bathroom (walk-in shower, marble sink, toilet).
2- Provence Bedroom: double bed (160x200), 23 m², bathroom (walk-in shower, marble sink, toilet).
3- Manon Room, attic-style, skylight, double bed (140x200), 27 m². Ceiling height: 120 to 200 cm
