At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, nestled in the heart of Provencal nature, Villa Hélène welcomes you to an enchanting setting, just a 30-minute walk from the emblematic Rotonde. Offering perfect harmony between serenity and proximity to the vibrant heart of Aix-en-Provence, this elegant villa is the ideal haven for memorable stays.
5 rooms:
1) Cézanne: on the first floor, with 1 bed 180x200cm, sitting area with sofa, desk and library.
2) Caumont: on the 1st floor of the main building: 1 bed 180x200cm, separable into 2 beds 90x200cm, armchairs and desk area.
3) Granet: on the 1st floor to the rear of the main building (independent access): 1 bed 180x200cm, armchairs, desk area and mini-bar.
4) Albertas: on the raised first floor of the annex: 1 bed 160x200cm, side table, private kitchenette (2-burner ceramic hob, extractor fan, sink, small fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery, small grocery store available).
5) Mirabeau: on the annex's raised first floor, this room is adjoining the Albertas room and has an identical layout.
All rooms are carefully appointed, with en-suite shower rooms and terraces. They are elegantly decorated and equipped with all amenities, including a courtesy tray with tea, coffee, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. They are also air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning).
The rooms also share attractive common areas: a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room with flat-screen TV, sofas and armchairs, work and/or dining areas, library... Outside too, thanks to the large covered terrace or the Piscine.
Carport for 2 vehicles under cover with electric hook-up point and additional parking spaces on the property. Washing machine and dryer on request. Wifi (fiber/ethernet).
You can also take advantage of the table d'hôtes offered by your host Hugo, which is varied and seasonal (booking required).

Nous avons fait plusieurs séjours à Aix ces dernières années et dans différentes chambres d'hôtes, celle-ci est de loin la meilleure: accueil chaleureux et cordial, très belle maison où l'on se sent à l'aise comme chez soi, dans un site naturel préservé, immergé dans la verdure et les grands arbres, tout en étant proche du centre ville d'Aix en Provence.

Super séjour à la villa Hélène, Hugo le maître des lieux est adorable. Confort plus plus plus et prix bien adaptés pour le logement et la table d'hôtes. Je recommande vivement ce lieu.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel en famille à Aix-en-Provence ! La chambre était tout simplement superbe : spacieuse, décorée avec goût, et d’un confort remarquable. Tout était pensé pour que l’on s’y sente bien.
Le petit déjeuner était un vrai moment de bonheur chaque matin : des produits frais, locaux, un choix varié et généreux… un régal pour les papilles ! Quant au dîner, c’était un véritable festival de saveurs. Chaque plat était une découverte, aussi beau que bon, servi dans une ambiance chaleureuse et détendue.
Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Ce séjour restera un merveilleux souvenir en famille. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Fanette Merveilleux séjour à la villa Hélène
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end à la villa Hélène. Le lieu est très beau, calme. Les chambres sont neuves et très confortables, meublées avec goût. Nous avons profité de l'espace commun très agréable avec les livres et jeux mis à disposition. Hugo nous a très bien accueillis et nous avons bien mangé (petits-déjeuners et repas du soir en table d'hôte). Parfait pour un week-end entre amis!
