At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, nestled in the heart of Provencal nature, Villa Hélène welcomes you to an enchanting setting, just a 30-minute walk from the emblematic Rotonde. Offering perfect harmony between serenity and proximity to the vibrant heart of Aix-en-Provence, this elegant villa is the ideal haven for memorable stays.
5 rooms:
1) Cézanne: on the first floor, with 1 bed 180x200cm, sitting area with sofa, desk and library.
2) Caumont: on the 1st floor of the main building: 1 bed 180x200cm, separable into 2 beds 90x200cm, armchairs and desk area.
3) Granet: on the 1st floor to the rear of the main building (independent access): 1 bed 180x200cm, armchairs, desk area and mini-bar.
4) Albertas: on the raised first floor of the annex: 1 bed 160x200cm, side table, private kitchenette (2-burner ceramic hob, extractor fan, sink, small fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery, small grocery store available).
5) Mirabeau: on the annex's raised first floor, this room is adjoining the Albertas room and has an identical layout.
All rooms are carefully appointed, with en-suite shower rooms and terraces. They are elegantly decorated and equipped with all amenities, including a courtesy tray with tea, coffee, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. They are also air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning).
The rooms also share attractive common areas: a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room with flat-screen TV, sofas and armchairs, work and/or dining areas, library... Outside too, thanks to the large covered terrace or the Piscine.
Carport for 2 vehicles under cover with electric hook-up point and additional parking spaces on the property. Washing machine and dryer on request. Wifi (fiber/ethernet).
You can also take advantage of the table d'hôtes offered by your host Hugo, which is varied and seasonal (booking required).

Stephane Chambre d'hote idyllique, tres bon acceuil
Nous sommes tres satisfait de notre sejour a la Villa Helene, nous sommes reste 4 nuits. Hugo a le sens de l'acceuil, et veille a ce que tout se passe bien.
Il faut marcher un peu pour se rendre au centre ville a pied, mais c'est tout a fait faisable. En voiture, on est rapidement en route pour toute sorte d'expedition. La Villa Helene est un lieu charmant.- Cleanliness

Hugo était un hôte parfait: discret et à la fois à l'écoute et serviable. Les espaces communs, dont une cuisine commune, sont accueillants, très bien équipés et spacieux. La petite cuisine dans notre chambre Mirabeau était également très bien équipée et fournie. Cependant, pour un séjour prolongé en arrière saison, où l'on passe, par la force des choses, plus de temps dans la chambre qu'à l'extérieur, nous avons trouvé cette chambre un peu petite, même si la terrasse privative est très spacieuse. Ceci dit, les chambres sans cuisines sont plus spacieuses. Une belle adresse pour explorer les villages dans les environs et en même temps la ville d'Aix-en-Provence.

Touristes Chambre Mirabeau
Hugo est très accueillant et attentionné. Séjour très agréable à proximité du centre d'Aix. Chambre confortable avec une terrasse privative. Kitchenette très bien équipée avec vaisselle pour se préparer un repas (Micro-ondes, 2 plaques à induction, petit frigidaire...) ainsi qu'une salle à manger collective que l'on peut aussi utiliser. Salon équipé d'une télévision.
Petit déjeuner copieux, servi dans la salle à manger commune, avec produits locaux dont confiture, yaourts réalisés par Hugo- Cleanliness
