From the living room, the terrace, and most of the bedrooms, the Mediterranean is ever-present. Just a few steps away, direct access to the GR trail leads to the sea and the nearby marine reserve—a true paradise for lovers of the underwater world.

Designed to accommodate large families, Villa Grande Bleue features 5 bedrooms that can sleep up to 15 people in total, spread across three levels, with two spacious living areas. The garden level is fully accessible to guests with limited mobility, thanks to an adapted bathroom (walk-in shower, seat, grab bars) and a separate living area.

Outside, enjoy a stunning setting: a large private courtyard with parking on a gated property (1 parking space available in the enclosed garage + 5 in the courtyard), a grassy area featuring a small pine grove, garden furniture, and lounge chairs surrounding the 5 x 10 m private Piscine, open from April 3 to November 15. Protected by a dome in the spring and fall, the pool maintains a pleasantly warm water temperature to extend the swimming season.

The house features two fully equipped kitchens, a sunroom, a gaming room with a foosball table, several bathrooms, and spacious living areas, offering all the comforts needed to enjoy a vacation with family or friends.
