Located in a quiet area of the charming village of City, this single-storey villa with air conditioning in the bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people. It's just 4 km from the beaches of La Ciotat and 12 km from the Parc National des Calanques.

The property features a fully enclosed private garden, a saltwater swimming pool (9 x 4.5 m) protected by a fence, and numerous outdoor amenities: large shaded terrace under a pergola with large table, fully-equipped summer kitchen (charcoal barbecue, sink, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher), garden furniture, deckchairs. Everything is designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate.

- A fully-equipped open kitchen: central island with 8 chairs, induction hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, toaster, various coffee machines (in cellar), dishwasher.

Air-conditioning in rooms can be controlled via Wi-Fi by the owners on request.

Independent access. The owners live discreetly on site, in a separate apartment at the bottom of the garden.
