Nestled in the heart of Maillane, at the end of a residential neighborhood, in a preserved environment, Villa Amavea invites you to a getaway between modern comfort and family charm. This detached house, designed as a harmonious cocoon between nature and family home, can accommodate up to 8 people in warm, refined surroundings.

On the raised ground floor (3/4 steps), the Holiday cottage opens onto a welcoming entrance. The Provencal-style fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge, etc.) is complemented by a pantry (fridge/freezer, washing machine, sink, cleaning equipment). The living room features a sofa with chaise longue, a large connected Smart TV with Freebox channels, and an insert fireplace for winter evenings. Fan available. The 1st bedroom has a 140x190 cm sofa bed. A bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160x200cm), 1 of which is four-poster, and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x200cm).
A separate WC and a spacious bathroom (corner bath, large walk-in shower, double washbasin and heated towel rail) complete this floor.

The villa features an enclosed garden planted with trees, a private swimming pool (7x3.5m, max depth 1.5m, from 01/04 to 31/10) and a pétanque court. 2 private parking spaces in front of the house.

All-inclusive: underfloor heating on ground floor, reversible air-conditioning upstairs, fiber WiFi, bed linen and towels, pool towels, housekeeping. No parties allowed.
