Treat yourself to a timeless interlude in this magnificent, tastefully renovated 12th-century mill. Nestled in the heart of nature, at the foot of the majestic Sainte-Victoire, this stone Holiday cottage combines authentic charm with modern comforts in a preserved and soothing setting. Independent and surrounded by an estate of almost 10 hectares with olive trees, the house boasts a vast private outdoor space: large gravel courtyard, garden furniture, relaxation areas and heated rolling deck swimming pool with counter-current swimming and balneotherapy (10m² pool, 1m deep). A few steps away, let yourself be lulled by the murmur of the Bayon and discover a charming waterfall accessible only 300 meters from the property. Facing due west, the Holiday cottage promises spectacular sunsets over the Sainte-Victoire every evening. Inside, the atmosphere is soft and elegant: on the first floor, a comfortable living room with connected TV and a perfectly equipped kitchen (4 induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer) with a convivial dining area. Upstairs, two bright bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room, offer comfort and privacy with quality modular bedding (2 beds 90x200cm that can be twinned into 1 bed 180x200cm in the 1st bedroom, 2 beds 90x190cm in the 2nd bedroom). Bed linen, towels and fiber wifi are included for a worry-free stay. Private on-site parking and electric vehicle charging available on request. Pets allowed at extra charge, end-of-stay cleaning optional. An electricity charge of 100kW per day is included in the rental price: beyond that, invoicing at cost price (statement made on arrival and departure in your presence). Nature lovers will be delighted: Hiking from the Holiday cottage, walks in the heart of the Grand Site Sainte-Victoire and swimming in the river will punctuate your stay. Nearby, discover Provencal villages, local markets and vineyards for an authentic immersion experience. A rare place, ideal for relaxing in total intimacy, between nature, heritage and the Provencal art of living.

Dominique
