Perched on the hills above La Ciotat with a view of the Sea, the Vent du Cap holiday cottage is a detached house for 8 people featuring a terrace, a small private Piscine (4 x 2.50 m, depth 1.20 m), and a lovely garden with trees, just 2 km from the A50 highway. Ideal for a getaway close to nature, the sea, and hiking in the calanques, where you can truly unwind.

The entrance to the house leads onto a beautiful, shaded 40 m² terrace.
On the ground floor, there is a large living area with an open-concept kitchen featuring a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, 3-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, and washing machine. Table and chairs. Living room with leather sofas, coffee table, and TV. Bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Piscine, a 140x190cm bed, closet and storage, and a TV. Bathroom with a bathtub and shower enclosure, sink, and heated towel rack. Separate toilet.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, including 1 with a 140x190cm bed, and 2 with sofa beds and a single loft bed. All 3 bedrooms offer views of the sea and La Ciotat. Bathroom with shower and curtain, double sink, and heated towel rack. Separate toilet.

Outside, the 1,000 m² private property features a terrace, an alarm-secured Piscine, a tree-lined garden, and an outdoor kitchen area with an electric grill, sink, and additional refrigerator.

Bed linens, bath towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are optional. Pets allowed: a maximum of 1 small dog or 1 cat.
