On the heights of La Ciotat with sea views, the Vent du Cap gîte is a detached house for 8 people with terrace, small private pool (4 x 2.50 m, depth 1.20 m) and pretty garden planted with trees, just 2km from the A50 freeway. Ideal for a relaxing break close to nature, the sea and the calanques.

Entrance to the house is via a lovely 40m² shaded terrace.
On the first floor, a large living room with integrated open kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, 3 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, washing machine. Table and chairs. Living room with leather sofas, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with bay window overlooking the pool, 140x190cm bed, closet and storage space, TV. Bathroom with bath and shower screen, washbasin and heated towel rail. Separate WC.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, including 1 with a 140x190cm bed, and 2 with convertible sofas and a single bed. All 3 bedrooms overlook the sea and La Ciotat. Bathroom with shower and curtain, double washbasin and heated towel rail. Separate WC.

Outside, the 1000m² grounds are private and include a terrace, alarm-secured swimming pool, wooded garden and summer kitchen area with electric barbecue, sink and additional fridge.

Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning optional. Pets allowed: 1 small dog or 1 cat maximum.
