Direct access via the shaded terrace (20 m²) with a lounge area; in the living room: a relaxation area with a sofa (accommodates 2 additional guests upon request: €30 per person per night), an electric recliner, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player, as well as a dining area and a piano. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, small appliances. Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Separate toilet. Bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90x200) that can be joined to form a 180x200 cm bed. North-facing terrace and relaxation area with patio furniture, lounge chairs, a charcoal grill, an electric griddle, and a pizza oven (the latter cannot be used during the summer due to fire hazard).
Upstairs: bedroom with a double bed (140x190) featuring its own sun deck with a small table and 2 chairs. Sea view. Hallway (laundry area) with an exercise bike, leading to a powder room (toilet and sink).

Reversible air conditioning included: one unit on the ground floor and one unit in the hallway on the first floor. Window screens. Baby kit provided free of charge upon request (baby bed, high chair, baby bath seat, etc.). Wi-Fi. Housekeeping available upon request. Sheets and towels available upon request (for rent). Dogs allowed under certain conditions (one pet only—small dogs only).

Highlight: a magnificent view of the sea and the port of La Ciotat, its island, and its bay. The highway is nearby but lies below and is not visible from the holiday cottage.

You’ll enjoy a beautiful sea view while also having access to a walking and biking path connecting the SNCF train station to the city of La Ciotat (parking available) via the greenway.
