First floor: living room with dining area, sitting room with 2-person sofa bed, 2 armchairs, coffee table, flat-screen TV, fireplace (€30 per 1/4 stere).
Open kitchen with 3-burner gas stove + 1 electric, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher.
Separate WC.

Upstairs: one bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm. A second bedroom with 3 single beds 90x190cm.
Shower room.

Private 12 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, opening onto a large shared garden of approx. 1 hectare with swing, slide and trampoline. Unenclosed plot away from all roads, in a quiet, unspoilt setting in the heart of the Camargue. Horses on the property. Table tennis

Electric heating: fixed fee of €40/week. Housework on request (€30).
