Nestled in greenery at the end of a cul-de-sac in a secure residential neighborhood, this oasis makes you forget you're in Marseille. Not far from the city center, this gîte adjoins the owners' house and shares the swimming pool with them (open June to September), with a lovely view of the Calanques massif and not far from the Massif de l'Etoile. Indoor parking available. Close to the villages of Plan de Cuques and Allauch, you'll discover the atmosphere and charm of an old village as you stroll along the paths of the Garlaban massif.

Located on a first floor raised by 5 steps, this gîte is a studio, comprising a large, bright living room with high ceilings.
The open-plan kitchen opens onto the living room. It is equipped with a 2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, combined oven/microwave, 6-place dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The dining area, in continuation of the kitchen bar, features a high table with 4 high chairs.
The living area includes a BZ sofa bed (possibility of 2 extra beds for children) and a flat-screen TV.
The sleeping area features a 140x190cm double bed and a closet.
The enclosed bathroom features a 90x90cm corner shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.

Included: reversible air-conditioning, bed linen, towels.

Private 25 m² terrace with garden furniture and plancha. Swimming pool shared with owners 5x8 m, max depth 1.8 m, open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekends, June to September. Immersion detection systems for pool (alarm).
