Set in a beautiful Provencal mas on a former farm, the Terre Franche gîte has been completely renovated by the owners. A perfect balance has been struck between the charm of the old - exposed stonework on the exterior and thick walls - and modern decor. Beautiful private exteriors: shaded patio, terrace and garden. Free access to communal areas: swimming pool, deckchairs, garden furniture, table tennis and children's games. The gîte is located in the countryside, just 30 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea, the Alpilles, Martigues, Salon de Provence or Arles.
Outside, you'll enjoy two sheltered parking spaces, a 500m² garden, a terrace with garden furniture and a lovely shaded patio.
On two levels, first floor:
- Entrance with office area, access to the living room and staircase leading to the first floor.
- Lounge/kitchen: 2 sofas, coffee table, TV, fireplace, table and 6 chairs, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3 induction hobs, extractor fan, fridge/freezer.
- Laundry room with washing machine, household utensils, washbasin and cabinet, Italian-style shower.
- Separate WC.
First floor:
- Mezzanine with sofa bed 140x190cm (possibility of additional beds).
- Double bedroom with 160x200cm bed, TV and dressing room.
- Double bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm, dressing room.
- Separate WC.
- Bathroom with corner bath, washbasin and built-in wardrobe.
Outdoor areas shared with owners: alarm-protected 11x6m swimming pool (max. 1.50m deep) open from 01/06 to 30/09, ping-pong table, pétanque court, children's playground.
Reversible air conditioning (1 unit on each floor), fans in bedrooms. Wood for fireplace included. Bed linen and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning included.
No pets allowed.

Michelle und Gisele sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren fast zwei wunderbare Wochen dort. Terre Franche hat ein sehr schöne Gartenanlage wo man sich sehr wohl fühlt mit verschiedene möglichkeiten sich auf zu halten. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht. Nur positives zu berichten.

Bente et Pascal Fabuleux!
?? Nous avons passé un excellent long week-end accueilli chaleureusement par le charmant couple, Gisèle et Michel. L’hébergement est très spacieux, impeccable et confortable — tout est propre et parfaitement équipé. L’emplacement est idéal : au calme, tout en étant central et proche des commerces.
En 30 minutes de voiture nous avons rejoint les Alpilles et la Camargue pour de superbes balades en gravel : de belles découvertes et des paysages absolument magnifiques. Parfait pour les amateurs de vélo et de nature.
Merci à Gisèle et Michel pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse — nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! ?????

Alles passt bestens WUNDERSCHÖN
Tolles modernes, geräumiges, sehr gut ausgestattetes, stylisches Ferienhaus über 2 Stockwerke. Wir waren im Novembers dort, so dass wir ab und zu auch heizen mussten, was wunderbar mit Wärmepumpen und vor allem dem schönen Holzofen funktioniert hat.
Im Übrigen war der November ein überraschend guter Zeitpunkt den Süden Frankreichs ohne Massentourismus und trotzdem bei viel Sonnenschein kennenzulernen.
Wir sind viel ebike gefahren, es gibt zahlreiche tolle Radstrecken ( voies vertes) . Die Alpilles ganz nah im Norden, die Camargue und.v.a.m.
Die Gastgeber Gisèle und Michel sind wunderbare Menschen, man fühlt sehr willkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.- Cleanliness

Magnifique séjour passé au sein d’un gîte grand confort situé dans un très bel environnement.
Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires disponibles et attentifs aux besoins des locataires.
