Large gîte in a beautiful estate set back from the town and close to nature, with private terraces and shared pool.

The Taoumé gîte is located on the Bastide des Escourches estate, adjoining another gîte. The estate features 4 gîtes, 5 chambres d'hôtes, a seminar room, a swimming pool and large outdoor areas. 5km from Aubagne, less than 20km from downtown Marseille, the beaches and calanques, Le Taoumé is ideally located away from the city, close to nature and tourist attractions. With its 5 rooms and two terraces overlooking the forest, it's the perfect place for family get-togethers or get-togethers with friends.

The gîte has 3 main levels, with half-levels for some rooms.
Ground floor:
- Separate, fully-equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, 3-burner ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, table and chairs.
- Living room with sitting and dining areas. Sofa and armchairs, TV, sideboard, table and chairs, decorative fireplace.
Half-level between living room and dining room:
- Bedroom with 160x200cm bed and large built-in wall cupboard.
- Bathroom with Italian-style shower and glass shower screen, washbasin with storage and heated towel rail.
- WC.
Ground floor:
- Shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin with storage and heated towel rail.
- Bedroom with access to terrace, 160x200cm bed and wardrobe.
- Bedroom with access to terrace. Former kitchen no longer in use. Bed 140x190cm and sofa bed.
Half-level between living room and 1st floor:
- Attic bedroom with 3 beds 90x190cm, sliding wall cupboards.
1st floor:
- Attic bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm, sliding wall cupboard and chest of drawers.

An enclosed 50m² terrace at the entrance to the gîte and a second 70m² terrace with garden furniture and ping pong table. 10 hectares of pine forest with free access. Shared 11x5m swimming pool (open until 11pm in summer). Several parking lots on the property.

Bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning included. Linen optional. Heating extra in winter.
