Air-conditioned studio in the outbuildings of a house comprising gîtes 13G910840 and 13G910839 (Gîtes Christelle et Alice), near the owners' villa in the village of Mouriès. Fully enclosed property (automatic gate: remote control available).
Entirely on ground floor: living room/kitchen/bedroom separated by curtain (2-person bed), TV. Shower room/WC.
Cot available on request. Central heating (€30/week). Wi-Fi access. Bed linen rental (10€/pair/stay). Shared washing machine.
Private 12 m² terrace with garden furniture.
Shared facilities: 2000 m² lawned garden, courtyard, enclosed parking, secure swimming pool (6x14 m) from 01/05 to 30/09. Pets allowed under certain conditions: please ask the owner.

    Gite Sylvie à Mouries

    L'entrée de ce gite est orientée sur une pelouse sans vis à vis, ce qui est fort appréciable si vous aimez votre tranquillité.

    Le stationnement est aisé dans la propriété.

    La piscine est le gros atout de ce gite.

    Les propriétaires sont agréables et très discrets.

    Petit plus: une petite station service est à une centaine de mètres du gite.

    Propriétaires présents mais très discrets, très sympathiques et donnant de belles idées de visites et de balades.
