Enjoy an exceptional view of the Mediterranean from this cozy version of the Villa Grande Bleue (13G202660), ideal for a stay for 2 to 4 people. Available only from November through the end of March, this package lets you savor the tranquility of the Côte Bleue during the off-season, while enjoying the outdoor spaces and the exceptional surroundings of the Villa Grande Bleue.

You’ll have exclusive use of the garden-level unit, which is fully accessible to guests with limited mobility. This self-contained space features a spacious, bright living area with an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator-freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher), a cozy dining area, and a living room with a TV. The large family bedroom sleeps up to 4 people with a 160x200 cm double bed and two 120x200 cm single beds, cleverly separated by a curtain to ensure everyone’s privacy. A fully accessible bathroom (walk-in shower, shower seat, grab bars, toilet) completes this space, along with a landing equipped with a washer and dryer.
The ground floor is fully air-conditioned: 2 reversible air conditioning units—one in the living room and one in the bedroom.
Please note: the rest of the house will never be rented out while you are staying here; you will be the sole occupants of the house, with complete privacy.

Outside, nothing has changed: a large private courtyard with parking on a gated property (1 parking space available in the enclosed garage + 5 in the courtyard), a grassy area bordered by a small pine grove, with garden furniture and lounge chairs inviting you to enjoy the mild climate of the Côte Bleue. The 5 x 10 m private pool, protected by a dome, remains open until November 15, allowing you to extend your swimming enjoyment into early fall.

Just a few meters away, direct access to the GR trail leads straight to the Sea and the nearby marine reserve, renowned for the beauty of its seabed. During the off-season, the coastal trails offer magnificent walks through wild coves and pine forests, while the port of Carry-le-Rouet invites you to stroll at a leisurely pace, soaking up the Mediterranean atmosphere. You can admire the Bay of Marseille, which the terrace overlooks, or the Frioul Islands.

Housekeeping included. Sheets and towels available as an option. Pets allowed for an additional fee (except for dogs classified as dangerous). 2 vintage bicycles, 1 exercise bike, and a ping-pong table are available.
