In the Aix countryside, between the city center and Sainte Victoire, the Studio is an apartment attached to the owners' house, with independent access. A beautiful private outdoor area surrounded by pine trees, with artificial turf, garden furniture and Spa. Ideal for a couple's getaway to relax and discover Provence.
On one level, the Studio is separated from the neighboring Holiday cottage and the owners' terrace by wooden screens and vegetation.
Air-conditioned living room divided into 2: sleeping area with 140x190cm bed, 2 closets, armchair and TV; fully-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, combined oven/microwave.
Bathroom with shower and bench, washbasin and storage space, WC with hand shower and heated towel rail.
Private outdoor area of 100m² (terrace + garden). Private Spa available from April to October. Ping-pong table on the property. Parking spaces on fenced property (sloping road from main road).
Bed linen and towels included. Housekeeping optional.

Bene55 Séjour à Aix en Provence
Gîte très bien entretenu et correspondant au descriptif. Nous avons été reçu par Loïc qui nous a expliqué le fonctionnement et donné des conseils pour nos visites et restaurants dans la région.
PS Petit bémol dans le descriptif un four est listé dans les appareils mi à disposition, sauf qu'il n'y a qu'un four micro ondes. Heureusement que les propriétaires sont sympa et ont chauffé nos plats. Un grand merci.- Cleanliness
