Beautiful, safe 5000 m² grassy area, ideal for Kids and parents' peace and quiet, fenced-in park with pets, playground for Kids. Possibility of buying organic vegetables (AB) from the owners' farm.

Ground floor: large living room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, food processor and small appliances), lounge with sofas and flat-screen TV, games room with table soccer, various toys. Shower room and WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140x190) and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90x190), separate shower room and WC.

Gas heating, reversible air-conditioning upstairs. Crib, high chair, bathtub, deckchair, stair gate, WC reducer, babycook available. Television, wifi internet access.

Private 60 m² shaded terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, barbecue, parking, playground, swing set, table tennis. Private garden of 3000 m².
