The "Sébastien Nord" gîte has its own private green space and terrace with masonry barbecue.
The bright living room features a lounge area (sofa bed for up to 2 extra people - permission required from the owner), flat-screen TV, dining area, built-in kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, small appliances. Bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) leading to a bathroom with large shower (150x100), washing machine.

Reversible air-conditioning (included) - bed linen and towels provided - wi-fi - cot and high chair on request - end-of-stay cleaning on request (€40).
Communal facilities: parking lot downstairs - bowling green
Horses welcome: paddock and feed (10€/day/horse) - motorbike and bicycle welcome (closed storage areas)
