- Living room with exposed beams, wood-burning stove (wood supplied), dining area, lounge with sofa bed (possibility of 2 extra beds), armchair and flat-screen TV, open-plan kitchen with 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
- One bedroom with a 2-person bed (160x200cm).
- Open-plan shower room with walk-in shower 150x90cm.
- Separate WC.
- Storeroom with washing machine.

Private terrace of 20 m² with garden furniture and electric plancha, private garden of approx. 300 m² and free access to the shared property of 4000 m².
Fenced swimming pool 8x4m, 1.5m deep, open from April to September.
