Small detached villa set in a lush 1000m2 garden in the heart of Marseille, in a quiet residential area: no traffic on the street and easy parking opposite the villa.

This Holiday cottage offers top-of-the-range amenities. A large living room, with night and day areas separated by a sliding partition. Dining area and kitchen facing the bay window overlooking the garden: fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. The sleeping area has a 160x200cm bed, and a sofa-bed that can be used by 2 people (2x90cm). Also opens onto the garden.

Flat-screen TV, wi-fi, reversible air-conditioning. Large, light-filled bathroom with washbasin, large Italian shower (80x120cm), wc.
Outside, a terrace accessible from the kitchen, with table and armchairs for morning breakfast, and another area by the Piscine, under the shady gazebo, with barbecue.

Housekeeping, sheets and towels on request (€70 package). Baby equipment on request (Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub, deckchair). Out of season, stays of 2 nights or more possible. Extra bed on request (extra charge). Communal, secure Piscine (except Sundays), large Mediterranean garden with flowered, shaded areas.

City center accessible by streetcar (streetcar stop 250 m away - 20 min.), with nearby motorway access to Cassis and its Calanques, and Aix-en-Provence and its rich heritage. Shops 200m away, supermarket and convenience stores.
