Located just 600m from the Côte Bleue beaches and 800m from the center of Sausset-les-Pins, the Patchwork gîte is a ground-floor house with private terraces, garden and swimming pool.
A year-round rental above (no facing building and completely independent entrance).
This attractive, colorfully decorated one-level house comprises :
- A large living room with fully-equipped kitchen (3-burner induction hob, extractor fan, microwave, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, large freezer, double sink) and dining area for 8 people. Living room with 2 sofas, flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided), reversible air-conditioning (included). Multiple accesses to the covered terrace and pool from this room.
- Large office area with fiber-optic internet access and antique mirror.
- Large corridor leading to the bedrooms and shower room with bookcase and laundry area with washing machine, storage space, household utensils and board games.
- 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, large closet and access to the west-facing terrace.
- 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, closet and armchair.
- 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, closet and armchair.
- Bathroom with large Italian shower, washbasin, antique mirror, heated towel rail and cabinet.
- Separate WC.
Large covered terrace with garden furniture and outdoor lounge. Private pool 6.3m x 3.4m, 1.4m deep. Gas plancha. Garden shed with shower and WC.
Wifi (fiber). All-inclusive: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and reversible air conditioning (4 units: living room, study and in 2 bedrooms).
One parking space in front of the house (not enclosed) and additional spaces available in the street.
Please note: the Côte Bleue train (RER), which runs between Marseille and Miramas, passes behind the house (very little disturbance - no trains at night).

La Tribu Séjour formidable
Nous avons passé deux semaines formidables dans cette location estivale, parfaite pour notre famille avec de grands enfants. La piscine était un vrai bonheur, et la maison, remplie de sculptures, tableaux et cartes postales fantastiques, a ajouté une touche artistique à notre séjour.
Les recommandations étaient excellentes : entre plages, balades et visites culturelles, nous n’avons jamais manqué d’idées. Le calme du quartier était un vrai bonheur, tout en étant proche de tout (commerces, mer, transports).

Julien Coeck Super maison bien agencée, agréable!
Maison très bien située (boulangerie, boucher, supermarché à 5-10 min à pied max) pas loin du front de mer. Belles plages accessibles aux alentours (voiture de 5 à 15 min ça dépend des plages). Bons petits conseils reçus. Equipement cuisine adéquat. Air co appréciable, petite piscine parfaite pour des enfants. Agencement extérieur très bien pensé. Voisinage calme à part quelques trains que l'on entend à peine honnêtement. On reviendra et pour + longtemps :-). Merci pour tout.

Fred et Estelle Incroyable
Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable dans ce gîte! A notre arrivée on a été agréablement surpris de la taille du logement, trois chambres spacieuses et très confortables, une magnifique salle de bain et une cuisine entièrement équipée permettant de se sentir comme chez soi. Les décorations, originales, intègrent parfaitement ce lieu et laissent place à l'imagination et l'inspiration. Les canapés du salon sont très confortables. Tout est pensé pour se sentir bien. L'extérieur est comme le reste, incroyable. La piscine est juste parfaite. Aucun vis a vis ou presque. Le train ne gêne absolument pas et ne passe que peu de fois dans la journée. En plus de tout ça le quartier est très calme, un supermarché se trouve a 200m et l'accès à la mer est très rapide a pied.

Lu&cie superbe !
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour pour nos vacances en famille, la maison est hyper bien équipée ( merci la clim durant la canicule !!) la piscine au sel est vraiment magnifique et plaisante. l'emplacement est idéal proximité des plages et du centre ville... on reviendra sans hésiter une seconde !
