With a total capacity of 12 people, it can also be divided into two independent Holiday cottages for 6 people each (Gîte Vert 13G250102 / Gîte Blanc 13G250103), for greater privacy or flexibility. Each accommodation is perfectly equipped: modern kitchens, connected TV lounges, pellet stove and reversible air conditioning in the living room of the Gîte Vert, 4 comfortable bedrooms and a living room that can be converted into a bedroom with a convertible sofa bed, a shower room with large walk-in shower and double washbasin and a bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin and a veranda overlooking a 1500 m² private garden planted with trees.

The property is secured by a gate, with private parking on site. Mosquito screens on the windows ensure optimum comfort in summer.

Although departmental roads can sometimes be heard outside, the mas retains a rural ambience, and nearby roads provide quick access to Avignon, Arles or Saint Rémy de Provence.
