The Romanin gîte is 1 duplex, with a bedroom upstairs on a semi-enclosed mezzanine.

On the first floor, it comprises :
- 1 fully-equipped kitchen with 4-burner ceramic hob, hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher. Bar with 4 high stools. Living room with sofa bed 140x190cm (possibility of 2 additional beds), armchairs with footstools and flat-screen TV.
- Small laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board, clotheshorse and vacuum cleaner.
- Separate WC.

First floor (narrow spiral staircase):
- Semi-enclosed mezzanine bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, chest of drawers, chair, closet with built-in chest of drawers, full-length mirror.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower (planned for November 2021), heated towel rail and washbasin.

The gîte has 1 private south-facing terrace (20 m² tiled + 15 m² gravelled), overlooking 1 ha garden available to guests. Private and shared barbecues.
On the north side, a shared, convivial area with swimming pool (8x4m, 1.4m deep, accessible from April to October), protected by 1 fence and 1 secure gate. Shared spa, open all year except July/August. Numerous outdoor lounges available.

End-of-stay cleaning included. Optional bed linen + towels + table linen + made-up beds. Reversible air conditioning (included).
2 charging points for electric vehicles available. (invoicing directly on the terminals).
