Adjoining the owners' vacation home, it has its own private swimming pool (5x2m, depth 1.40 m) open from May to September, protected by a bar cover, and an attractive fenced outdoor area with tables, chairs, garden armchairs and parasol.

On two levels, it comprises on the first floor :
- a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area: fridge/freezer, oven, 4 induction hobs, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher.
- living room with large corner sofa, coffee table, connected TV.
- a bathroom with bath and shower screen, washbasin with vanity unit, towel rail.
- laundry area with washing machine.
- separate toilet

Upstairs (staircase in kitchen), 3 bedrooms with storage space, the first with 180x200cm bed, the second with 160x200cm bed and desk, the third with 140x190cm bed. Separate toilet with washbasin.

Baby equipment available: cot, chair, changing pad, bath mat.

The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning and window screens.

End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included. Electricity included up to 8kw/day. Pets not allowed.

The gîte is located 50 meters from the 22 km greenway linking Plan d'Orgon to Rognonas (Durance à vélo).
