Le Mas des Lilas is a beautiful detached Countryside farmhouse with large garden, Piscine and covered terrace. The house is full of character, with high ceilings, exposed beams and stonework. The Holiday cottage is also available for 8 to 12 people, with 3 additional bedrooms.

The Holiday cottage comprises :

First floor:
- Kitchen with 2 tables and 12 chairs, fitted kitchen with 3 induction hobs, hood, SMEG fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee makers (Nespresso pod and filter).
- Laundry room with plenty of storage space, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Living room with 2 quality sofas, flat-screen TV, ornamental fireplace and wood-burning stove.
- Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed 160x200cm, cupboards, desk and ornamental fireplace.
- Bathroom with 120x80cm walk-in shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, WC, illuminated mirror and storage column.

1st floor:
- Bedroom 2 with 1 canopied 160x200cm double bed and wardrobe.
- Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed 180x200cm and chest of drawers.

Large garden of approx. 1500 m² with olive trees and 225 m² terrace shaded by plane trees, covered terrace with garden furniture and brazier. Piscine 3x4m, 1.3m deep, open from mid-June to late September.

Bed linen and towels included. Electricity included under normal conditions of use (maximum 250kW/week).
End-of-stay cleaning optional.
Electric vehicle recharging not permitted: recharging point 900m away in the village of Graveson + 3 recharging points 1.5km away in Maillane.

Pets allowed under certain conditions: no categorized dogs. Baby kit available on request.
