Le Mas des Lilas is a beautiful detached Countryside farmhouse with large garden, Piscine and covered terrace. The house has plenty of character, with high ceilings, exposed beams and stonework.

The Holiday cottage comprises :

First floor:
- Kitchen with dining area, 3 induction hobs, hood, SMEG fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso pod coffee maker.
- Laundry room with storage, freezer, washing machine and dryer.
- Living room with quality sofas, flat-screen TV, ornamental fireplace and wood-burning stove.
- 1st bedroom with 160x200cm bed, desk and ornamental fireplace.
- Bathroom with 120x80cm walk-in shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.

1st floor:
- Bedroom 2 with canopy bed 160x200cm.
- Bedroom 3 with 180x200cm bed. This through bedroom gives access to 2 other bedrooms.
- Bedroom 4 with 180x200cm bed. This through bedroom gives access to dormitory 1 and the upstairs bathroom.
- Bathroom with wide, low-height bathtub (easy access), washbasin, heated towel rail, Italian-style shower with thermostatic control 180x90cm and WC.

2nd floor:
- Dormitory 1 with 4 beds 90x200cm.
- Dormitory 2 with 3 beds 90x200cm.

Large 1500 m² garden with olive trees and 225 m² terrace shaded by plane trees, covered terrace with garden furniture and brazier. Piscine 3x4m, 1.3m deep, open from mid-June to late September.

Bed linen and towels included. Electricity included under normal conditions of use (maximum 250kW/week).
End-of-stay cleaning optional.
Electric vehicle recharging not allowed: recharging point 900m away in the village of Graveson + 3 recharging points 1.5km away in Maillane.
Pets allowed under certain conditions: no categorized dogs. Baby kit available on request.
Possibility of 4 extra people (supplement €15/person/night).
