In the Countryside, designed for holidays with family or friends, agricultural property offering 3 independent Holiday cottages, "Mas des Capelans 1" (13G503), "Gîte des Capelans 2" (13G509), "Gîte des Capelans 3" (13G621) for a total capacity of 20 people. Situated at the end of a 1.6 km asphalt road, in a quiet location close to the owner's home.
Ground floor: large living room with fireplace, dining area, 2 relaxation areas with flat-screen TV, hi-fi system, large south-facing bay window overlooking the fields (Crau hay). Fitted kitchen opening onto west-facing terrace with garden furniture, gas hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher. 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190) and the second with double bed (160x200) opening onto east-facing terrace. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Beautiful antique furniture. 2 bathrooms with shower (washing machine). Separate toilet.
Baby kit (bed, chair, changing mat), linen rental, cleaning on request (110€). Gas heating (€110 per week). Wi-fi access
600 m² outdoor area near the Piscine. Masonry barbecue.
Shared facilities : Piscine shared by the 3 Holiday cottages, secured (25 m x 12 m, max. 2 m deep with gentle slope) from May 15 to September 15) secured by alarm, accessible until 8:30 pm.

provence reunion perfect for family reunion vacation
we had a wonderful stay, the house was spacious, so was the swimming pool. The location is most convenient, close to main attractions in Provence. The owner anticipated our requests and made us feel welcome. We most recommend it!

Mimi Super gîte pour les vacances
L'emplacement du gîte est formidable. Calme absolu et très grande piscine permettant à tous les vacanciers présents sur le site d'en profiter. Le gîte est très agréable. L'équipement est correct, à signaler cependant l'absence de passoire qui a compliqué l'égouttage des pâtes.

LOLO vacances juin 2025
Gite au calme bien meublé et spacieux, cuisine bien équipée, mobilier extérieur adaptée et suffisant sans oublier la superbe piscine ou nous avons pu faire de belles longueurs au vu de sa dimension avec en plus une eau à 32°
