Nestled in the heart of a large, unfenced, green garden, ideal for Biodiversity, this independent studio welcomes you for a peaceful, natural stay for two. Situated in the owner's grounds, the Holiday cottage offers privacy with its private terrace ideal for al fresco dining or reading in the sun.
You can also take advantage of the shared Piscine (5x10m, flat-bottomed, 1m60 salt water, alarm-protected, open from 1/06 to 30/09, weather permitting), perfect for cooling off in fine weather.
Whether you're looking for a quiet interlude or a starting point for discovering the region, this Holiday cottage will provide you with a rejuvenating setting close to nature.
Pets are welcome, with the exception of cats. Orion, a dog who is very sociable with humans and other dogs, has unfortunately not yet made his peace with them.

Air-conditioned, the Mas de Viasse has its own independent entrance: sleeping area on a 160x200 sofa-bed with slatted base and thick mattress, (Mezzanine not accessible),
coffee table, TV, wardrobe, table with 3 chairs, 2-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, filter and pod coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and its own bathroom with shower, vanity unit, toilet and heated towel rail.

Parking on the property, WIFI. Bicycles and table tennis available on request from the owner.

Price does not include: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels and tourist tax.
