Between Alpilles and Luberon, Mas de l'Avani is a detached house with private garden and Piscine.
Outside, a fully fenced communal garden features garden furniture in the shade of the trees, a dining area under a covered terrace, a barbecue and a ping-pong table. Piscine (7x3 m, 1.6 m deep), alarm-protected and sheltered, open all year round. Parking for several cars.

The entrance is on the ground floor, but the Holiday cottage comprises the 1st and 2nd floors.

On the 1st floor :
- 1st bedroom with 1 bed 200x200cm (independent sleeping arrangements - 2 mattresses 100x200cm), desk, TV. Private bathroom with Italian shower, double washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.
- 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds 80x200cm.
- 3rd bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 cm.
- Living room with corner sofa, TV and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, washing machine, 8-place dishwasher.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin, WC, heated towel rail.
- Small lounge with sofa and tourist information.

2nd floor:
- 4th bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm,
- 5th bedroom with 2 twin beds 80x200cm.
- Living room with dining area, sofa, armchair and TV.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin, dual-flush toilet, heated towel rail.

Air-conditioning in every bedroom except the 1st, which has a fan.

All-inclusive: wifi, Gas heating, reversible air conditioning, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels.
