Le Mas de Durand is a 19th-century farmhouse offering 2 pleasantly decorated semi-detached gîtes with private terrace for 3 people and private enclosed parking. St Rémy de Provence town center is 2km away on foot.

Just 2km from the center of Saint Rémy de Provence, the Mas de Durand, dating from the 19th century but entirely renovated, offers 2 adjoining gîtes.
The Mélanie gîte adjoins the Sophie gîte on one side and another house on the other, but has its own entrance and private terrace.

The Mélanie gîte, nicely decorated, comprises, on the first floor, :
- Living room with fully-equipped kitchen fitted in an old stone fireplace (lots of character) with 4-burner ceramic hob, small top fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Dining area for 3, 2 sofas. Beautiful stone staircase leads to the bedroom.
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin and heated towel rail.
- Separate WC.

Upstairs, bedroom with 1 x 160x200cm double bed and 1 x 90x200cm single bed, flat-screen TV and reversible air-conditioning.

Private 30 m² terrace with garden furniture and 100 m² garden shared by the 2 gîtes with sun loungers.

All-inclusive: electric heating, reversible air conditioning, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels.

Enclosed private parking in the immediate vicinity of the gîte, with charging station for electric vehicles (included).

Mas de Durand is located on the edge of Route Nationale 99, linking Saint Rémy de Provence to Cavaillon on one side, and to Tarascon and Arles on the other (you can hear the road outside, but the interior is well soundproofed).
