Just 2km from City of Saint Rémy de Provence, the fully renovated 19th-century Mas de Durand offers 2 adjoining Holiday cottages. Mélanie is adjoining Sophie on one side and another house on the other, but has its own entrance and private terrace.

On the first floor, Holiday cottage Mélanie is composed of: - Living room with fully-equipped kitchen in an old stone fireplace (very stylish) with 4-burner ceramic hob, small top refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Dining area for 3, 2 sofas. Beautiful stone staircase leading to the bedroom - Bathroom with bath, washbasin and heated towel rail - Separate WC. Upstairs, bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200cm) and 1 single bed (90x200cm), flat-screen TV and reversible air-conditioning. 30 m² private terrace with garden furniture and shared garden of approx. 100 m² with sun loungers. All-inclusive: electric heating, reversible air-conditioning, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels.
Extra charge payable on arrival: 30€ for pet stay. Private enclosed parking lot in the immediate vicinity of the Holiday cottage, with recharging point for electric vehicles (included). Non-smoking cottages (inside and outside). Pets allowed (extra charge of 30€ for pet cleaning). Mas de Durand is located on the edge of Route Nationale 99, linking Saint Rémy de Provence to Cavaillon on one side and Tarascon and Arles on the other (you can hear the road outside, but the inside is well soundproofed).
